Roy Baldwin
Roy was born in Bridgehampton, Long Island, New York and grew up on a potato farm in western New York State. He attended Cornell University and graduated with a degree in Agricultural Engineering. His work experience includes working for twenty five years in engineering, marketing and human resources at the New Holland farm machinery company, five years working at engineering companies and four years as a State Representative in the Pennsylvania State House of Representatives.
Roy developed a sense of community service when he was a member of the New Holland Jaycees. A line in the Jaycee Creed reads “Service to Humanity is the Best Work of Life”
He attended Leadership Lancaster Class in 1986. LL provides training in volunteer work and non-profit organization. Roy has held office on several non-profit boards over the last thirty years and is currently on four boards.
Roy is married to Cynthia and has three children; Andy, Matt and Susie and a dog named Zoe.
Kathleen Gagg
Kathleen Gagg brings her knowledge, passion and ability for promotion to Got Your Back Network. Her experience with non-profit organizations combined with her experience in developing and implementing strategic result oriented public relation and marketing campaigns has helped the organization gain important recognition and support.. Kathleen was instrumental in the first major fundraising and promotion efforts of The Got Your Back Network including our evening with the New Jersey Nets.
While serving as Executive Director for another 501(c)3 foundation she has also successfully brought awareness about Congenital Heart Defects in children to help prevent Sudden Cardiac Death by early detection. Kathleen has planned, executed and successfully implemented a program to offer free heart screenings to school age children to promote awareness about Automated External Defibrillators (AED’s), as well as the placement of AED’s in our schools and accessibility at all sporting events.
Kathleen feels as an American it is her turn to return the salute to our country’s bravest!!
Kathleen is a successful business woman and is also recognized as a successful multimillion-dollar producer in real estate.
Kathleen resides in Northwest New Jersey with her husband and 3 children.
Brian Lubitz
Brian is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, where he served as the men’s varsity soccer team captain, and was an active duty naval aviator for 9 years. Brian flew the initial sorties during both Operation Iraqi Freedom, and the 2005 Asian Tsunami. Brian finished his naval career at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill where he received his Masters in Business Administration and was an Assistant Professor of Naval Science, instructing undergraduates in the principals of Leadership and Management. Additionally, Brian’s enthusiasm for education has been referenced by his students in numerous publications, to include Sports Illustrated. Brian is currently employed by Goldman Sachs & Co. Brian and his wife, Lois, live in Philadelphia, PA with their two children Ella and Annie.
Lois Lubitz
Lois is a Graduate of the University of Delaware. Immediately following graduation, Lois was employed as a marketing specialist by CB Richard Ellis of Bethesda, MD. While married to her husband and naval pilot, Brian, Lois was an active member of the naval community and held various jobs. Serving as a naval ombudsman, Lois worked with spouses to solve a variety of problems and overcome challenges they faced before, during, and after deployments. Lois and her husband, Brian, live in Philadelphia, PA with their two children Ella and Annie.
